Upload your employment agreement PDF as a template. Go to Templates → New Template → upload the branded PDF from the legal-document-design-engine output.

Add two signer roles: 4 Brothers Limited and Worker. Then place fields on the document: text fields for worker details (name, address, IRD, bank account, tax code, emergency contact) and signature fields for both parties.

Copy the Template ID from the template URL and paste it in the Template ID field above. It will look like an alphanumeric string.

Get your API key from OpenSign → Settings → API. Paste it above. Done — this is a one-time setup.
